Client Administrator Scandinavia

Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic and international environment? We are seeking a Client Administrator Scandinavia to join our Operations team at Telemedicine Clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all radiological examinations sent to us by client hospitals are processed correctly. This will involve managing administrative tasks in our systems and communicating with hospital staff via phone.
We offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and a range of benefits including meal and transport cards, gym membership, and health insurance. You will work in a team of 6-8 colleagues, all with native Swedish and/or Danish language skills, and will have the opportunity to work from home or our office in Barcelona.
As a Client Administrator Scandinavia, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with hospital staff to discuss incoming cases
- Managing administrative tasks in our systems
- Providing excellent customer care to our clients
