Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CRM-Dynamics Servicing Implementation Specialist (.NET). In this role, you will be part of the Platform Team responsible for the successful implementation of the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module within our organization, with a strong focus on platform and platform enablement.

Responsibilities
- CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module Implementation: implementation of the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module.
- Platform Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions on the CRM-Dynamics platform. Identify opportunities to leverage platform capabilities and features, as well as .NET development, to enhance customer servicing processes.
- Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform functionality, customization options, and integration capabilities. Provide guidance and support to the development team in configuring and customizing the platform using .NET technologies to meet business needs.
- Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions using the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development. Recommend best practices and industry standards for system configuration, customization, and .NET coding.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest CRM-Dynamics platform releases, updates, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved customer experiences within the servicing module, utilizing both CRM-Dynamics and .NET capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing CRM systems, with a focus on the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development.
- Strong knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform capabilities, including customization, workflows, business rules, and integration options.
- Proficiency in .NET development, including C#, and related frameworks and technologies.
- Familiar with event-driven architecture patterns.
