Role Overview
The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with CRM Executives and Marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns using CRM tools across different countries. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM and marketing concepts, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and create target audiences and campaigns using CRM and marketing tools.
- Oversee the coordination of marketing material production, including copy and image assets, for campaigns.
- Perform post-campaign reporting and present to stakeholders.
- Conceive, plan, organize, and schedule tailored campaigns across Europe, collaborating with other channels and marketing teams.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude.
- Show adaptability and resilience in rapidly changing environments, and be able to adjust to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capacities, converting data findings into effective strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement CRM best practices and strategies, and drive revenue through CRM activities.
- Ensure efficient coordination of tasks, meticulous planning, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Excellent level in English and Spanish is mandatory, and another EU language is a plus.
- Experience in a multinational environment with a diverse range of nationalities.
- Strong CRM and marketing knowledge, with experience in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in the face of change.
