Omega CRM is a leading company in the Customer Experience services sector, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing innovative customer relationships.

We are currently looking for a skilled Veeva Administrator/Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user profiles, permissions, and data, as well as coordinating requests received via our Service Desk ticketing system. They will also work closely with other members of the Veeva team to establish suitable processes to support and improve Veeva functionalities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to users
  • Troubleshooting Veeva issues
  • Identifying and resolving problems related to Salesforce data or functionalities
  • Assisting with minor layout adjustments, such as viewing fields or filters that are not visible to users
  • Application quality monitoring

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Technology or a similar field, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Veeva CRM. Certification in Veeva is a plus. You should also have a professional level of English and Spanish, as well as the ability to learn new tools and techniques.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
