Axion is a leading provider of innovative safety and justice solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team in Belgium & Luxembourg.
About the RoleAs a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon's strategic objectives. You will develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth, develop and execute account strategy, and cultivate customer relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute account strategy to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions
- Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery
- Focus on customer satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, and develop proper contact network within accounts
- Support execution of strategy at the account level
- Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required
- Oversee all account activities
- Responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing
- Track customer activity in internal systems to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities
- Able to travel up to 70%
- An extensive demonstrable track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
- Relationship / consultative selling experience
- Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings
- Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Virtualization and Cloud understanding
- Team Player - collaborate with various team members regularly
- Ready to own & drive the territory
