About the Role

Your ImpactAxon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in Belgium and Luxembourg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota targets
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and training to customers
  • Lead the Axon team to success in complex sales opportunities

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions and build relationships with senior-level customers
  • Knowledge of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety industry
