Finding and engaging potential clients in the Irish and UK markets,
Building lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders,
Presenting our recruitment services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs,
Negotiating and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets,
Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure seamless client onboarding,
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to inform your approach.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as self-motivation and a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities are also crucial.
