We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with vendors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts
  • Accurately input invoice data into financial or ERP systems
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
  • Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal departments

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German (verbal and written)
  • Residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina (able to work legally without sponsorship)
  • Experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
