Digital Sales Supervisor EMEA: Leadership and Business Growth Expert

Job Overview
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Digital Sales Supervisor to lead our EMEA team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing inside sales teams, preferably within a digital or technology-focused environment. A proven track record in delivering business results from a sales or business development perspective is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies, monitor market trends and competitor activities, establish and track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Supervise sales-related activities and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Digital EMEA Sales Manager to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Performance & Metrics:
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and progress towards business objectives.
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop strategies for engaging customers through virtual channels to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Ensure the digital sales team delivers exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- A university or bachelor's degree; advanced or master's degree preferred.
- Typically 3+yrs Digital sales experience with a proven track record in delivering business results.
- Fluent in English and in an additional European language.
- Achieves financial results within a business level.
