Digital Sales Supervisor EMEA

- Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives in driving key Channel business orders and forecasting with HPEFS teams and Proactive Partners.
- Supervise sales-related activities and resources to facilitate day-to-day efforts and achieve business plans.
- Collaborate with the Digital EMEA Sales Manager to develop strategies and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales Managers to assist with business plan development.
- Responsible for driving outbound marketing campaigns, installed base initiatives, demo seed unit program, and additional projects as required by sales organizations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all areas of responsibility.
- Significant experience in managing inside sales teams, preferably within a digital or technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record in delivering business results from a sales or business development perspective.
- Experience in working and understanding of the HPEFS Asset Management business.
- Extensive experience in sales, sales governance, and successfully leading teams of sales professionals.
- University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferred.
