Operations Associate

C.H. Robinson is seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our European Surface Transportation division in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will perform operational tasks that enable us to meet the transportation needs of our customers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute operational tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, including providing shipment information, creating orders, and tracking shipments.
- Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests.
- Document events and follow defined escalation procedures and training.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to CHR and customer standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (select roles only).
