About the Role

Lime is a leading provider of shared electric vehicles, and we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Barcelona Operations team as an Operations Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our fleet, coordinating our warehouse and field teams, and providing local insights to support our riders' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support positions to ensure seamless deployment and retrieval of our shared electric vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for Barcelona.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and identify expansion opportunities within the region.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability, revenue, and operational performance.
  • Provide complaint management and customer incident investigation support, as well as collaborate with local Government Relations to manage key legal, regulatory, and safety issues.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in an Operations role.
  • Experience leading teams or groups is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Barcelona region and ability to anticipate operational needs and challenges.
  • Grit, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • High-energy and sound decision maker with a cost-focused mindset.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish language skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate and draw inferences from data.
