Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to empower and expand our client base in Spain, focusing on accounting experts and SMEs with 50+ employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboard new clients, providing operational support, recognizing upselling opportunities, and customizing processes to fit the unique needs of the Spanish market.

You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction. You can expect a rapidly growing Spanish market with recent strategic partnerships, autonomy, innovation, and customer-centric processes. Our successful integration with Sage Despachos has opened up exciting opportunities for growth.

About Your Future Manager

Your future manager, Carlos Luis, leads by example and fosters a trust-based environment. He values autonomy, encouraging team members to take ownership of their work while providing support and guidance to help them grow and succeed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably with one significant experience as a Key Account Manager/Customer Success and/or Customer Care. You should be customer-centric, anticipating clients' needs to offer outstanding onboarding, bringing relevant solutions, and building long-term relationships. You should also have a knack for identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment.
