Job Summary: This role involves developing business relationships with existing and potential clients, leveraging our platform to drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with our Onboarding team to ensure seamless client onboarding and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through sales outreach and relationship-building.
  • Collaborating with the Onboarding team to ensure efficient client onboarding and high-quality customer service.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Providing regular progress updates and insights to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or tech sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Compensation and Benefits: €55,000 - €80,000 per year (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonuses, flexible working hours, comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training and development opportunities.
