**Overview of Booksy**: We're a leading online marketplace that connects beauty, wellness, and health professionals with local customers. Our platform empowers millions of appointments annually.

**Job Summary:** As a Sales and Marketing Expert for the Beauty Industry, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers using face-to-face visits, calls, and social media. You will work closely with our Onboarding team to ensure smooth activation of clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers through face-to-face visits, calls, and social media
  • Conduct demos and help clients set up the application according to their needs
  • Support the Onboarding team for client activation
  • Follow up with clients and adhere to company pricing policy and sales conditions

**Requirements:** 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in cold door sales; good attitude, proactive, and goal-oriented; CRM management skills; and intermediate English language proficiency.

**Compensation and Benefits:** The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible working hours (if targets are met), a wellness platform, uncapped commissions, and medical insurance paid by Booksy after one year of service.
