Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling our debt collection services to companies in Spain and Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude towards teamwork and experience in sales, preferably in financial services or debt collection.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and capture strategies.
- Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure customer loyalty.
- Meet established sales targets and report results to the management team.
Requirements
- Academic background in areas such as Business Administration, Law, Marketing or Finance.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in financial services or debt collection (desirable).
- Communication skills in English and Portuguese (essential).
- Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
