Senior Partnerships Manager Job Description

TicketSwap is a global ticket marketplace with a strong presence in 36 markets, connecting over 15 million fans worldwide.

We've partnered with more than 40,000 events and integrated with 85+ ticketing providers, offering innovative solutions that enhance revenue, provide valuable data insights, and maximize resale opportunities for event organizers.

To support our continued expansion in Spain and Portugal, we're seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to build long-lasting relationships with event organizers, venues, and ticketing companies.

This role will be based in Spain and will focus on business development, identifying and securing new partnership opportunities while managing existing key accounts.

About the Role
  • Brief Company Overview: TicketSwap is a secure and trusted ticket marketplace.
  • Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Spain (with occasional international travel)
Key Responsibilities
  1. Broaden TicketSwap's presence in the Iberian market by building strong relationships with key partners.
  2. Foster business growth through strategic partnerships and account management.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive innovation.
  4. Manage commercial negotiations to secure new deals and renew existing partnerships.
  5. Represent TicketSwap at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in Spanish and strong English skills.
  • Portuguese and other co-official languages are an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, Marketing/Brand Partnerships, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in complex consultative sales.
  • Data-driven approach with a results-oriented attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to change.
  • Will to travel regularly within Spain and internationally.
