Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers using techniques and tools through face-to-face visits, calls and social media.
  • Record activities in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with potential customers to identify their needs and present the product.
  • Conduct demos and help them to make the initial setup of the application according to their needs.
  • Support and collaborate with the Onboarding team for the correct activation of the client.
  • Follow up with the client and follow the company's pricing policy and sales conditions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows or events to attract current and potential Booksy customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (3-5 years), cold door preferred.
  • CRM management.
  • Good attitude, proactive and goal oriented.
  • Proactive use of social media.
  • Experience in the beauty or tech sector is a plus.
  • Intermediate English (+B1).
