About the Role
As a Technical Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Iberia region and potential key accounts. You will work closely with colleagues from technical support, marketing, and field sales to ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Your Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers and prospects through phone or email
- Manage existing accounts while focusing on new business opportunities
- Create and monitor potential future key accounts

About You
- You are a communicative and social person who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- You are outgoing, a team player, well-motivated, goal-oriented, and empathetic
- Native Spanish and fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- Experience in B2B sales, marketing, and e-commerce is required
- You have technical knowledge of automation technology and can give advice on our products
