**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our Business Development/Sales support group in Madrid. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, manage sales processes, provide technical consulting, and record CRM data.

**Responsibilities**

Internal Sales and Customer Management:

  • Identify new and existing customer opportunities through marketing campaigns and trade shows.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.

Technical and Commercial Consulting:

  • Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions for air compressors and accessories.
  • Provide basic technical information and refer complex inquiries to the technical team.

CRM Management and Reporting:

  • Record all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and projections.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with outside sales teams to coordinate visits or proposals.
  • Communicate key market information to the marketing and product development teams.

Order and Contract Management:

  • Receive, validate, and record orders in the ERP system.
  • Monitor order status and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

**Basic Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree (bac +3 or bac +4 level) required.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in administrative and sales or technical sales positions in the industrial sector.
  • Fluency in English: minimum C1 level required (CEFR) for oral and written comprehension, oral interaction, and written expression.

**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on average salaries for similar positions in Madrid, Spain.
