Salary and Benefits

Job Description

You will work as a member of a global team providing support to PTC's customers for PTC's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. As a Technical Support Specialist - Digital Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for delivering superior-quality support services to our customers and partners while working alongside a highly talented and collaborative global team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include providing technical assistance to customers, investigating thoroughly the issues reported for PTC's products, and addressing questions related to guidance and general best practices. You'll also utilize PTC's case management tool to log issues and track associated status and related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong capacity and desire to develop personalized customer service and communication skills. Experience in implementing or supporting Client-Server architecture or multi-tier applications is also required. Additionally, you should be able to solve analytical problems while maintaining effective and precise investigation and documentation for issues and customer use cases.

Bonus skills include experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies or 3rd party PLM systems. Optional skills include experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems.
