As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and ensuring alignment with global standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals across the region, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in finance leadership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary range of €110,000 - €125,000, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
