Job Title: Commercial Deal Manager

As a Commercial Deal Manager at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in creating licensing solutions and managing negotiations for some of our key accounts in Western Europe. Your expertise will be essential in addressing the unique commercial and contractual needs of our customers, working closely with account teams and senior leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement licensing strategies to meet customer needs while maximizing revenue opportunities for Microsoft.
  • Work closely with sales teams to drive business forward and ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the local sales and licensing community, serving as a trusted advisor for regional management on complex Online Services, Consulting Services, and licensing topics.
  • Negotiate at GM and CxO level, both internally and externally, to drive deals to closure while minimizing risk to Microsoft.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to assist in closing sales, driving consumption of Online Services, and developing commercial offerings.
Requirements:
  • Background in large enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of Cloud technologies, Security solutions, and Digital Transformation.
  • Ability to negotiate at GM and CxO level, both internally and externally.
  • Extensive understanding of concession risks and cost of sales implications.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to empower and motivate teams.
