Commercial Deal Manager

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Deal Manager to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating licensing solutions, negotiating deals, and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement licensing strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
- Negotiate complex deals with senior-level customers, including GMs and CxOs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify licensing experiences and maximize revenue opportunities
- Provide expert advice on licensing trends, challenges, and solutions to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of strategic commercial direction and implementation of new licensing strategies
- Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales and negotiation experience, preferably in large enterprise sales
- Strong analytical and tool skills, including Excel, Pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
