About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Alice, a leading biometric identity verification solution. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer expansion, and retention through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Revenue Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead Commercial Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing commercial team to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with finance, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies, messaging, and pricing.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase average deal value, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years Experience: Proven experience as a Head of Revenue or Commercial Leader in a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Deep Tech Experience: 3+ years of experience in deep tech software companies, with a focus on commercial leadership and sales.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical experience with business productivity tools, such as Hubspot.
  • Leadership Skills: Adept at transitioning from strategic vision to day-to-day tactical commercial operations, with a creative thinking and data-driven mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
