**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Global Growth Marketplace Strategist** to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic pricing and revenue management initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deep-dive into rider and driver pricing strategies to support business goals and financial performance.
  • Understand market dynamics and assist in defining revenue management actions to balance the marketplace across all Cabify regions.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve profitability via pricing and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (Growth, Product, Data, Marketing) to implement and track initiatives.
  • Assist in strategic coordination of Revenue Management processes and procedures to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new market expansion.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track growth and profitability, in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Support development of business cases for product discovery and new features.
  • Analyze competitors' pricing strategies, gather best practices, and identify strategic implications for Cabify.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization to optimize pricing and revenue management decisions.
  • Communicate insights to senior leadership to inform strategic business direction.
