Our growth strategy is data-driven, and we rely on industry trends and the latest technology to inform our decisions. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and optimize our operations.
You will work closely with different markets and teams to establish and execute successful growth strategies, leveraging big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in analytics, business, or a related field. You should have excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to improve key business metrics
- Work closely with markets and teams to establish and execute successful growth strategies
- Utilize industry trends and the latest technology to inform business decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytics and business role
- Background in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
- Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience
- Advanced English speaker (Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese a plus)
- Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities
