- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite resolution to customer-reported product issues
- Document all product-related incidents accurately and completely using Salesforce CRM
- Review escalated incident reports and identify recurring problems
- Communicate with customers to keep them updated on issue status and resolution
- 2-3+ years' experience providing technical support
- Strong technical, technological, and analytical skills
- Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish language skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Platform, Microsoft Office, and Network communication
- Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Apple iOS, and Android apps
- Advanced troubleshooting and resolution skills in Internet technologies, TCP/IP networking, and database management
- Point of Sale (POS) interface, configuration management, and support experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms such as Salesforce and JIRA
- Health insurance
- Holidays and vacation time in accordance with Spain Labor Laws
