About the Role

Haleon, a world-leading consumer health company, is seeking a highly skilled Insights & Analytics Expert to join our team in Spain & Portugal. As a key business partner, you will leverage the power of combined insight and analytics data to accelerate business performance through identified consumer, shopper, and expert-led opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an annual Insights & Analytics learning plan to drive in-market strategy and activation.
  • Conduct market research studies compliantly with Haleon standards.
  • Manage agencies and lead Marketing Mix Modelling projects in coordination with CBIA functional champions.
  • Identify future growth opportunities through landscape and trend analysis.
  • Partner in annual brand plan work to ensure local context and insights are properly captured.
  • Craft cross-categories, company-level, and portfolio analysis to provide insights on competitor strategies.
  • Feed shopper-centric category excellence approaches across mass market and pharmacy channels.
  • Partner with lead insight agencies to leverage best-in-class research tools and techniques.
  • Foster commercial teams to maximize utilization of existing sources and champion whole-brain thinking.

Qualifications and Skills

  • The ideal candidate has experience in unlocking the potential of insights from market research and market data.
  • Business partner experience in similar roles, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods / Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare at manufacturer, agency, or consultancy.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing Management / Business Management / Management Economics.
  • A master's in social sciences or statistics is a plus.
  • Core skills: Technical expertise across analytics (sellout database metrics, econometrics) and market research (qual/quant).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and formulate powerful recommendations for business.
  • Strong teamwork and passion to work across boundaries.
  • Strong customer dedication.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent Spanish proficiency.
  • Very good English proficiency.
  • Very good knowledge of the Spanish Consumer.
  • Project management.
  • Agency management.
  • Precision in handling budget reporting.
  • The knowledge of the pharmacy channel is a plus.
  • Curiosity to understand different customer experiences.
