**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Business Insights Expert to join our team. As a key member of our e-Commerce Centre of Expertise, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to inform business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Extract, analyze, and visualize data to inform business decisions
- Participate in the migration from Google Analytics 360 to Google Analytics 4, ensuring correct implementation and tagging of data
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor business performance and detect potential issues
- Collaborate with other analytics functions to ensure a cohesive data ecosystem
- Develop a proactive business monitoring framework to inform quick decision-making
- Define templates and provide data for follow-up meetings with top and mid-management
- Measure the impact of web actions on main variables, such as conversion and average ticket
- Transform data into actionable business insights and formulate hypotheses to be tested
- Liaise with agencies to implement analytics tools and coordinate with technical teams
- Provide actionable insights and quantitative information to other Customer team members
- Elaborate business cases to address specific business opportunities
**Requirements**
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with other European languages an advantage
- BA/BS degree in an analytical field, such as Maths, Statistics, Digital Business, or Computer Science
- Postgraduate degree in a related field an added value
- At least 3 years of experience in data-rich functions, within digital departments or agencies
- Strong experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools
