Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data warehouse solutions, optimizing data loading processes, and providing business insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Warehouse Design and Implementation
    • Design and implement data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics requirements
    • Develop and maintain data models, data marts, and data warehouses
  • ETL Process Optimization
    • Optimize and monitor existing ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
    • Develop and implement new ETL processes to support business requirements
  • Business Insights and Analytics
    • Provide business insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making
    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business needs
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in information technology or similar field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in database administration and data analytics
  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of cloud data warehouse and business intelligence platforms
    • Experience with database queries (Oracle SQL), PL/SQL, and ETL tools
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
