The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Specialist to join our Integrated Informatics team. As a key member of our Data & Analytics Chapter, you will play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data and analytics products and ensure what was agreed gets delivered.
- Work with data engineers and data scientists to develop data pipelines, analytical models, and visualizations that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers to ensure that data and analytics products are integrated into existing systems and platforms in a sustainable way that still meets the needs of business to generate the insights necessary to drive their decisions.
- Monitor data and analytics product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with data engineering, data science, and analytics tools and technologies.
