Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data and analytics products and ensure what was agreed gets delivered.
- Work with data engineers and data scientists to develop data pipelines, analytical models, and visualizations that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers to ensure that data and analytics products are integrated into existing systems and platforms in a sustainable way that still meets the needs of business to generate the insights necessary to drive their decisions.
As a Data and Analytics Specialist at Roche, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about data and analytics. You will be responsible for driving new and exciting data-related initiatives and adoption of new concepts such as Data Mesh. You will also have the opportunity to connect the dots across initiatives, promote information sharing across domains, and recommend re-use of data, analytics, and solutions wherever possible.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on delivering high value, connecting the dots, and investing in the right initiatives with reusability at the heart of it. You will also need to have end-to-end ownership of product delivery with setting up teams from multiple teams/areas with a focus on lifecycle management of the product.
