About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Region Manager ECI to oversee the efficient management of our stores in the South Region of Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational, financial, and commercial success of each store.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Supervision: Monitor brand standards, compliance with policies/procedures, and implementation of efficient business practices.
- Staff Management: Ensure that the team is well-trained, motivated, and aligned with business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Oversee merchandise movements and flows at the store, ensuring an adequate stock level is maintained.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with store employees to develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of each store based on key metrics such as sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure stores comply with all applicable industry regulations and standards established by the company.
The position requires 3/4 days of traveling per week and involves being the key contact between the point of sale and different commercial departments, P&C, and logistics.
Requirements:- Prior experience as AM/VM in other companies.
- English level C1.
- Soft skills: strong commercial orientation, analytical, creative, and solution-oriented.
- Strong leadership and good communication skills.
- Driving license.
- Availability to travel 3/4 days a week.
