This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of €35,000 per annum, plus bonuses for outstanding performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This customer service representative role involves addressing customer inquiries via various channels, including chat, email, and phone, while ensuring seamless interaction across different locations. As a key member of our client's team, you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, reporting any system irregularities or customer-facing issues to the relevant department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing customer inquiries through multiple channels, focusing on product-related queries and cashier operations.
  • Evaluating specific concerns and implementing necessary measures to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with teams across locations to align objectives and ensure effective communication.
  • Reporting system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (business standard).
  • A calm demeanor and ability to work under pressure, confident in answering a wide range of customer inquiries.
  • The ability to perform well in a multi-tasking, cultural, and dynamic environment.
