We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a Presales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing expert knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deal Support
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality presales presentations, crafting compelling narratives that highlight the value of SAP solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer engagement. Your expertise will be essential in shaping customer roadmaps for their transition to Cloud environments and providing vital support in RFx completion. - Demand Generation
You will contribute to our demand generation efforts by enhancing and refining content that speaks directly to our prospective clients. Your insights will help craft targeted content that resonates with the needs and aspirations of our audience. - Digital Content
You will actively contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios. By incorporating intermediate-level insights and product nuances, you will enhance the depth and relevance of the content for our audience. - Sales Enablement
You will participate in the creation and refinement of training materials, helping sales teams navigate through complex features and ensuring they are well-prepared to address customer inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering is required.
- Prior experience and professional expertise in software development, integration platforms, and/or AI technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting and/or presales with SAP Business Technology Platform OR minimum of 4 years professional experience in similar technology stacks.
- Deeper knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform integration, data warehousing, and new technologies is a plus.
- Confident with topics like Cloud in the B2B environment, Hosted Services, and SaaS/PaaS models, cloud-based commerce/business networks.
- Native Spanish Speaker is required. Fluency in English (MANDATORY). Italian and/or Portuguese are a plus.
