What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to showcase SAP solutions and services, ensuring alignment with customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Advise customers on solution selection, qualification criteria, and deal progression to secure business opportunities.
  • Engage early in the sales process to achieve optimal pipeline coverage and ensure customer needs are thoroughly considered.
  • Drive all opportunities with a 'digital first' approach, leveraging digital technologies and platforms throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize established templates and standardized assets to drive efficiency and consistency in the sales process.
  • Provide assets that foster knowledge sharing and promote collective learning within the team.
  • Partner with Digital Sales for quarterly business reviews and sales planning activities.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Value Advisory team to ensure effective customer engagement and partnership.
  • Foster post-sales handover to drive renewals and customer growth through enhanced service offerings.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Native proficiency in Italian.
  • Fluency in English.
  • An ability to speak Spanish is a distinct advantage, although not essential.
  • High proficiency in digital technologies and strong customer focus.
  • A track record of excellence in a solutions advisory role.
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
