About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Expert to join our team in Barcelona. As a SAP SuccessFactors Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase SAP solutions and services to clients, ensuring they understand the potential of our offerings.
- Advise clients on solution selection, qualification criteria, and progressing deals to secure business opportunities.
- Engage early in the sales process to achieve optimal pipeline coverage and ensure client needs are thoroughly considered.
- Run all opportunities with a 'digital first' approach, leveraging digital technologies and platforms throughout the sales process.
- Utilise established templates and standardised assets to drive efficiency and consistency in the sales process.
- Provide assets that foster knowledge sharing and promote collective learning within the team.
- Partner with Digital Sales for quarterly business reviews and sales planning activities.
- Collaborate with the Digital Value Advisory team to ensure effective client engagement and partnership.
- Focus on post-sales handover to drive renewals and client growth through enhanced service offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Native proficiency in Italian.
- Fluency in English.
- An ability to speak Spanish is a distinct advantage, although not essential.
- High proficiency in digital technologies and strong client focus.
- A track record of excellence in a solutions advisory role.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
