Customer Service Specialist with Italian Language Skills

BOSCH is a world-renowned multinational company seeking a passionate and proactive individual to provide high-quality technical customer service within the international sector. As a Customer Service Specialist with Italian language skills, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service subscriptions, including new subscriptions, subscription information, product updates, and services.
  • Handle billing, including payment method changes, billing issues, invoicing, and other billing-related matters.
  • Provide technical support on digital products, using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles, and other materials.
  • Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage claims, suggestions, and gather customer feedback on the product.
  • Efficiently ensure quick solutions while respecting SLAs.
  • Provide feedback to the management team concerning the efficiency of customer service tools, new customer needs, and how to enhance the website/App value proposition.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (Native or C2 Level) and a high level of English (C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to follow phone etiquette and use formal and polite language.
  • Previous experience in customer service, offering technical support with knowledge of standards and procedures.
  • Advanced user of MS Office.
  • Able to handle stressful situations.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Organized, curious, and eager to learn more.
What We Offer:
  • Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week (16:00 to 00:00 or 00:00 to 08:00).
  • ETT - 6-Month Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent Position.
  • 21,000 - 23,000 gross/annual.
