Job Title: Phone Support Specialist with German Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Phone Support Specialist with native German language skills to join our team in Barcelona, Spain or work remotely. As a Phone Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Swiss market.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a relationship of trust with every customer who contacts us, representing the values of the company.
  • Provide first-level support on domains, email, hosting, dedicated and virtual servers, and website creation tools.
  • Detect the needs of our customers, advising them on the purchase of new products.
  • Commercial attitude.
  • Follow up with customers in need of support and technical assistance by email, chat, and/or telephone.
  • Escalate queries that cannot be resolved to the second-level support team.
Requirements:
  • High skills in the German language are essential. (Swiss-German would be a big plus)
  • English would also be welcome. Italian and French are a plus.
  • Demonstrable previous experience in customer service and/or helpdesk is preferred.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly collaborative environment.
