Customer Care Specialist - Italian Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist - Italian to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and warm welcomes
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests, including phone calls and emails
  • Meet the highest service and KPI standards of the department
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to build a portfolio of relevant clients
  • Collaborate closely with Payments, Customs, Warehouse, and Shipping teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service within luxury retail or relevant customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with customer communication and e-commerce-related technology
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Conscientiousness when handling customer data
  • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Native-level proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) and excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
