Customer Service Representative with Italian Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with expertise in Italian to join our team at Dkr. As a key member of our Customer Support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your language skills to communicate effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to their orders or devices.
- Technical Support: Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to assist clients in solving technical issues with their machines.
- Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to promote new and existing products to clients, providing them with information on the latest technology and services offered by Dkr.
- Client Education: Educate clients on Dkr's products and brand values, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our technology and services.
- Language Skills: Possess a good level of English and Italian (C1) to communicate effectively with our international team.
- Eligibility: Be eligible to work in Spain.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience.
- Computer Skills: Possess good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Solution-Oriented: Be able to provide solutions to clients' issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Organizational Skills: Be well-organized and able to prioritize tasks, working effectively under pressure.
