Italian Customer Service Representative

Teleperformance, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment
- Route customer calls to the appropriate department in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon KPIs and performance metrics
- Perform duties in a compliant manner, adhering to policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Native level of Italian language proficiency
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent customer focus, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- IT literacy, with previous experience in Salesforce an advantage
- Excellent time management and telephone etiquette skills
- Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
