Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative - Italian-speaking
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Italian-speaking Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Sell products and services to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
- Proficient or bilingual level of Italian and advanced level of Spanish
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Excellent customer-facing and customer-care skills
- Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows and MS Office
What We Offer:
