Overview: Amspace Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a multilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to join our high-tech project in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your language skills to handle post-sales customer requests and drive additional sales through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chat regarding customer post-sales requests.
- Provide fast and effective responses and resolve issues collaboratively with internal business units.
- Create and follow up on quotes with a focus on cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and post-sales processes.
- Manage post-sales tasks including order cancellations, claims, deliveries, and refunds with a customer-centric approach using CRM and other tools.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-driven individual with advanced level of English and native proficiency in French and Dutch. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and knowledge of sales techniques, as well as a strong interest in IT products and applications. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
