Join Our Team as a Customer Service Sales Representative

About the Role

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from boutiques and shops to provide solutions to their demands. You will be responsible for maintaining service and product knowledge, ensuring contractual SLA is met, and providing exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take incoming customer calls and solve users' demands
  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
Requirements

We're looking for a motivated and customer-driven individual with a proficient or bilingual level of Turkish and advanced level of English. You should have a minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail, knowledge of sales techniques, and exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills.
