About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Italian Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international travelers and accommodation suppliers from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and identify customer needs, providing personalized solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Listen, respond, and mediate between customers and suppliers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following established processes.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian language skills (C2 level) and advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
- A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality, with a positive and motivated attitude.
- Goal-oriented work approach, with an open mind to changing priorities and business processes.
- Affinity with accommodation platforms and experience in customer service or contact center environments.
- Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office).
