Transform Revenue Growth as a Sales Operations Leader
You'll be part of Sales Operations Services, the team that empowers GTM functions to succeed. As the Sales Help organisation's Manager, you'll drive readiness by developing and sharing knowledge about productivity tools and business processes. Your team will provide onboarding support, ongoing training, analytics, and real-time help in a hybrid environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy the Sales Help strategy to align with the Global GTM strategic realisation.
- Organise and prioritise support activities to maximise team contribution to Global Revenue Operations focus areas.
- Collaborate with Geo Leads to align and improve service outcomes.
- Manage a multicultural team of regular and contingent employees, both onsite and remotely.
- Build a lasting network with partners and influencers in your region.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in managing Sales and/or Success Operations teams.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce and associated productivity tools.
- Understanding of Sales/Success roles and Sales Methodologies.
- Motivate and engage team members.
- Tailor and adapt your communication style and present to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing change and transformation.
- Ability to be impactful with data and insights.
