Job Overview

David Kennedy Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Account Development Representative with German language proficiency to join their client's team in Dublin. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of the company.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in German. As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and closing revenue within your assigned book of business. Your primary goal will be to educate clients on the value of our work management platforms and develop strategic relationships to drive expansion and usage.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase usage and spend* Utilize data to manage and review pipeline performance, forecasting, and planning* Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets through effective sales strategies* Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM tools* Collaborate with internal teams to build and maintain both internal and external relationships* Provide regular performance reviews and feedback to internal peers and leadership* Analyze and interpret data to develop strategic plans and drive success

Requirements

This role requires a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:* Fluent German language proficiency (C1 level)* Strong time and project management organizational skills* 1-2 years' experience in account development or sales* Ability to build relationships and demonstrate strong written and verbal presentation skills* Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals* Lateral thinking, coachability, and adaptability* Proficiency in using sales platforms and analyzing data to develop strategic plans* Previous experience in sales or technology is preferred* Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to drive planning and success

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is €40,000 - €60,000, depending on experience.
