Customer Support Team Lead - Unlocking Human Potential
At Preply, we believe that learning with a great tutor is life-changing. As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating a safe working environment that supports diversity of backgrounds and opinions. Your team will analyze, plan, and troubleshoot work activities to nurture talent and lead by understanding your people. Together, you will find solutions for our tutors and students, formulate new ideas, and embrace change. You will also ensure continuous reporting of performance, adherence, and attendance, and improve our key Customer Support metrics from good to stellar.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to support, develop, and grow team members on an individual level
- Ability to make independent decisions and set priorities
- Networking and ability to influence others
- Excellent teamwork skills
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of Customer Support agents
- Capacity to make data-driven decisions, Excel is a plus
